Shipping Addresses
Want to change the shipping address
for an order that you've already placed? you will need to call Hawk
Labeling at 1-800-458-3430.
If you do not have any
open orders and simply want to delete an address, edit or add an
address for future use, click the "delete", "edit" or
"add" buttons under the Shipping Addresses heading in
Your Account. You will be able to add up to 10 shipping addresses.
Please also note that any
changes you make will apply only to orders that you place in the
future. If you want to change the shipping address for an order
you've already placed, visit Your Account.
Reviewing &
Changing Your Orders
You can review the status of any
order you have placed via Your Account. For orders that have already
been shipped, you can confirm the date and method of shipment, an
estimated date of arrival, and a tracking number, if applicable
via Order History. You can change your order during the checkout
process but before you confirm your order.
Changing Your
Name, E-mail Address, or Password
Want to change the name, e-mail address,
telephone number, fax number, or newsletter subscription associated
with your account? Sign in to Your Account using the e-mail address
and password currently associated with your account, and click the
"Edit" button under the Login Information heading. From Your Account
page you will also be able to change your login password. Click
the "Edit My Password" button under the Login Information
header.
Billing Information
For your security we do not store
your credit card information. You will need to reenter your credit
card information each time you purchase.
You will only be able to store one billing address.
To change your billing address, sign in to
Your Account using the e-mail address and password currently associated
with your account, and click the "Edit" button under the Billing
Address heading.
